Nicey Micey Cards
Hello
My Crafty Friends,
Hope
you all are doing well. I am here with a few projects from the new Feb Release.
Actually i should be calling it a Fab release as the new products are
absolutely Fabulous.
I
am sharing the projects from my favourite stamp set – Mice day . Believe me i
went all out making projects with this verstaile stamp set . Here i am sharing
three different projects using this absolutely gorgeous stamp set .
PROJECT
1-MICE DAY SLIDER CARD
I
started by taking a 5”*7” card base. I layered it with a cardstock which I coloured
using Tubby craft dye ink pad- Aqua blue and Sapphire blue and also added a
slit at the bottom for the slider mechanism. I added mounting tape on the back around the
slit and added a coin in between while fixing it on the card base. Next i
stamped a boat then i masked it and added the mice rowing and the mice with
binoculars on the boat. Then after colouring the image i added some mounting
tape on the coin showing through the slit and glued the boat image on it. Next
i added the sentiment Row , row , row your boat Merrily, merrily, life is but a
dream.
Our
slider card is ready. Isn’t it cute ?
PROJECT
2- MOUSERELLA CARD
For
this card I have taken a yellow colour card base measuring 5”*6”. Next i took a yellow cardstock and cut
out a few different sized circles . Then using my blending brush and tubby
craft dye ink pad Mustard yellow i added some colour on the cardbase showing
through the cut out circles to depict some depth.
Next
i stamped up the mice images from the Stamp set Mice day and coloured them grey
and pink . Then i glued these super cute mice in the circles using mounting
tapes. Next i added the sentiment have a mice day from the same stamp set. And
my card is ready. Isn’t this Mouserella card yummy ?
PROJECT
3 – SAILING BY TO SAY
For
this card I took a grey card base . Next on a white cardstock , using tubby
craft’s new Stripe Stencil and dye ink pad turquoise and Sapphire blue i added horizontal
lines . Next i added a grey sheet in the centre and added vellum sheet on the
top. Next i stamped up the cute boat
from the stamp set Mice day on the vellum sheet and also added the sentiment
Sailing by to say have a mice day ! Lastly I added a small metal charm at the
bottom of the card . And my nautical theme card is ready. Isn’t this stamp set
versatile .
I
hope my projects inspire you and you try making a few with this absolutely
fabulous stamp set .
Will
be back soon with a few more interesting projects
Till
then enjoy crafting !!
Lots
of love and crafty hugs
